These are rough estimates, not fixed dates: we calculate them from the publications of each police station recorded since 26/06/2026. Police stations publish when they receive new cards, so your lote may come out earlier or later.

The calculation uses the police station’s recent pace: treat it as a guide, not as the exact date your lote will come out.

Lotes TIE Madrid: immigration in Madrid, appointments, NIE, TIE and lotes in your province

If you had your fingerprints taken in the city of Madrid or in any town in the Community of Madrid, everything is here in one place: the Lotes TIE Madrid for each police station, how to tell whether your card is ready and what to bring on collection day. Check before you go and save yourself a wasted trip.

Lotes TIE Madrid: latest lote at each police station

We gather the Lotes TIE Madrid (also called lotes NIE Madrid) from the 22 police stations in the Community of Madrid that publish lotes: Aluche, San Felipe and Santa Engracia in the capital, and towns such as Móstoles, Getafe, Alcalá de Henares and Torrejón de Ardoz. Click your police station in the finder above to see its lotes TIE Madrid: latest lote, date, address, phone number and opening hours.

Lotes TIE Madrid: how to tell if your TIE is ready

Checking the Lotes TIE Madrid takes less than a minute and saves you going to the police station too early:

  1. Find your lote number. It is on the receipt you are given at your fingerprinting appointment. It is a different number from your NIE and your case file number.
  2. Choose your police station in the lotes TIE Madrid finder. It must be the same one where you had your fingerprints taken: Aluche, Getafe, Alcobendas, Leganés…
  3. Compare the two numbers. If yours is equal to or lower than the latest published lote, the card is already at the police station. If it is higher, check the lotes TIE Madrid again in a few days.
  4. Book a collection appointment. On the official appointment website (cita previa), choose the province of Madrid and the procedure «POLICÍA – RECOGIDA DE TARJETA DE IDENTIDAD DE EXTRANJERO (TIE)» (TIE card collection)(TIE card collection).

What to bring on collection day

  • Original passport , valid.
  • Fingerprinting receipt, the same one that shows your lote number.
  • Previous TIE, if it is a renewal.
  • Police report for loss or theft, if you cannot hand in your previous card.

If you are still preparing your application, review the TIE documents required at each stage(TIE card collection).

❓ Frequently asked questions about lotes TIE Madrid

🔹 Where do I find the lote number to check the lotes TIE Madrid?

On the receipt the police station gives you at your fingerprinting appointment. That is the number you must compare with the latest published lote; you do not compare your NIE or your case file number.

🔹 Can I collect my TIE at a different police station in Madrid?

No. The card is sent to the police station where you had your fingerprints taken, and each station publishes its own lote. The Aluche lote, for example, has nothing to do with the Getafe or Alcalá de Henares lote.

🔹 How long does the TIE take in Madrid after fingerprinting?

It depends on the police station and the time of year; as a rough guide, a few weeks. When you click your police station you will see the date of the latest published lote, which helps you see how fast it is moving.

🔹 Do I need an appointment to collect my TIE in Madrid?

Generally, yes. Once your lote has come out, book the procedure “POLICÍA – RECOGIDA DE TARJETA DE IDENTIDAD DE EXTRANJERO (TIE)” (TIE card collection) on the official appointment website (cita previa) for the province of Madrid and choose your police station.

🔹 What documents do I need to bring when the lotes TIE Madrid come out?

Your valid original passport, the fingerprinting receipt and, if it is a renewal, your previous TIE. If you don’t have your previous card, bring the police report for loss or theft.

🔹 What happens if I go to the police station before my number appears in the lotes TIE Madrid?

They will not be able to give you the card, because it has not reached the office yet. Wait until the latest published lote is equal to or higher than the one on your receipt.

🔹 Can someone else collect my TIE when it appears in the lotes TIE Madrid?

As a general rule, no: the holder’s fingerprint is checked on collection. The usual exception is minors.

🔹 What should I do if I lose the receipt before checking the lotes TIE Madrid?

Report the loss to the National Police and bring the police report on collection day together with your passport. If you remember your lote number, you can keep comparing it with the latest published one.

🔹 What happens if my passport expires while I’m waiting for the lotes TIE Madrid?

Renew it at your country’s consulate or embassy and, on collection day, bring both the expired passport and the new one.

🔹 What should I do if my lote TIE hasn’t come out yet in Madrid?

Wait for your police station’s next update and check again in a few days. If you don’t want to keep checking, turn on the email alert and we will write to you when your lote comes out.
